Leadership With Heart

Do you know many corporate leaders that lead their people with heart and soul? That have that special magic of unleashing the power of the whole person – body, mind, emotions and spirit?

If you do, I want to hear about them please. This type of leadership is something that I haven't seen too often, particularly in the big organisations and yet I know there are some heart and soul leaders out there somewhere. Please ask them to get in touch.

I'm researching how these types of leaders came to lead this way, whether they've always led this way, who and what influenced them to be such inspiring forces behind people's jobs and lives. Where did they start, whether there was a pivotal moment that stirred them to focus on the latent energy and purpose within their people.

Over the coming weeks I want to explore what other leader's attitudes are towards leading with purpose and whether they are willing to change, adapt trial some of the ideas that I hope are going to come this way. I'll gladly share my research with anyone that is willing to help.
